I know it’s been a while since I’ve posted, but I’m back for the best reason of all…inspiration, awe and wonder. I got so inspired by life, by a few posts, and by gratitude that’s snuck its way so deep under my skin that it made it impossible for me not to post something.
While the world twists and turns in ways that can be so disturbing, I continue to go within to rely and trust on my own truth, while getting inspired by some of my favorite teachers. I thought I’d share some of their recent “pearls,” so you might also dwell in awe if only for a minute or two. It will make a big difference in your day.
From Pam Grout who always inspires me, here’s a link to her most recent blog, “Don’t Delay your Happy.” Pam quotes a poem by Matt Moberg who advises us to be “a defiant noticer of beautiful things.” Here’s some more of Matt’s beautiful words that hit me right in the middle of my soul. - The full poem is included in the comments section of Pam’s blog, link above.
“Awe was the first church. Before steeples. Before committees. Before men got involved and started making rules about skirts. Awe was there with its wild hair and muddy feet, saying: Look. Look again. Look until looking becomes love.”—Matt Moberg.”
