This week, besides making a "To Do" list make a "To Think" list. Don't let that voice that narrates your life, the one you hear in your head, be the dictator of your life. Ban habits of thought that are relics from the past, the ones that make you feel bad. Subscribe to that "still small voice" of truth that speaks of your innocence, joy and peace; the one that reminds you that you are never alone and that you are loved beyond measure. Train your thoughts towards your worthiness, well-being and happiness, which is the cornerstone of all that you are. Make a "To Think" list and align yourself with your true power. Life will thrill you as it reflects back to you opportunities and propositions that reflect those thoughts.

My friend, Jacob reminds us that Heaven is a conciousness, not a place. When we guide our thoughts in the direction of positive expectation, when we focus on how predominant our well-being is, when we obsess on gratitude and appreciation, we roll out the red carpet for our dreams. We get stuck in hard work and struggle but an unhappy journey never produces a happy ending. Our struggle is a resistance that holds back our good. Your good will be ushered in, not by worry or stress but by your ease and delight. Heaven is a consciousness, not a place.

Louis Zamparini, the subject of writer Laura Hillenbrand's (of Seabiscuit fame) book, Unbroken, reminds us that forgiveness is one of the most important things that we can do in life; that holding on to that anger only serves to hurt us - it's like taking poison and waiting for the other person to die. Resentment, even at it's simpliest form like being pissed off at the person who cuts us off in traffic, only serves to steal our joy. There is no one else out there, it's only us, our consciousness, which is the seat of creation. People reflect back to us that which we cannot see in ourselves so that we might change and have more compassion for ourselves and others. It festers if it is held on to. No one ever does anything to us. Let go today. Forgive today and peace and joy will be restored and the winds of providence will begin to blow, once again, in your favor.

Let your joy rise to the top! We forget that life is meant to be enjoyed. To do lists, future plans, past regrets and worry frequently fill our minds and we are not free to enjoy the moment. We are meant to THRIVE, not just survive. Grab onto all that is good in your moment. Focus, if only for a moment, on your vitality, abundance, friendship and love that surrounds you right now. Enjoy your life. Cherish your moments. They feel great in your now and become the blue print for your future. Right now, right here let your joy rise to the top!
