Celebrate yourself! Congratulate your wonderful, uniqueness. Write down at least 3 things that you love about yourself. We feed our critical voice way too much. We indulge in comparing ourselves to others to the point of self loathing - compare and despair! As my friend, Jacob points out in his fantastic new book, Starve a Bully, Feed a Champion, "The calls are coming from inside the house!" We bully ourselves most of all with those insidious voices in our head that tell us we're not enough. Time to stop feeding those voices. Time to be our own champion and nourish that voice. Celebrate yourself today. Celebrate your small advancements as you make even the tiniest adjustment in your favor. Celebrate your huge heart and turn that love in on yourself today. It will incite joy in your moment and be a huge investment in a future that you love!
