Choose Love!

Extend kindness to someone today. It will make you feel fantastic and it will instantly pull you from any disturbing self-centered thoughts or feelings you might be mired in. We are so intricately connected that you cannot do something to another without feeling the positive effects. "Thoughts do not leave their source," as A Course In Miracles tells us. What we think, what we do - good or bad is done unto us. There is so much good in this world, though the media seldom focus' on it. Let's focus on it. Let's extend kindness in thought and deed. Let's send a viral vibration into the world that rocks it to it's core. We are powerful beyond measure!
