Worry less, Imagine More!

"Begin with the end in mind." This is one of my favorite habits from Stephen Covey's "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People." Visualizing and imagining the end result of any goal, dream or aspiration that you desire puts you on the fast track to achieving it. Imagine how you would feel winning the award, completing the project, losing the weight. Throw yourself fully into the end and feel the satisfaction and pride and then go one step further and write a gratitude list, getting deep into the feeling of appreciation for your accomplishment and the journey. Worrying or complaining about what you don't have, being stuck and "how hard things are" only affirms struggle and guarantees a future much like your present. Set your imagination to the end point. Let your happy and satisfied emotions back your imagination and you have the recipe for a happy journey and dreams fulfilled.
